Hopefully there aren't any problems with opening the .pdf file. This guide is intended to be printed in a booklet format in landscape view on the front and back of the page...this way it takes 6 total pieces of paper to print the entire guide and then it is folded down the middle to make it into an easy to use and carry booklet. Many of these problems have only seen 1 send and may or may not have very accurate grades. If you feel that a grade in this guide is off or you send a problem that is not listed in the guide, please feel free to shoot me an e-mail about it and I'll make an update to the guide.
